For this open-plan apartment, we were asked to revamp the corridor that crosses the central living area connecting the entrance to the bedrooms. In the hall, a natural terracotta-coloured screen with brass-finished metal shelves greets guests. To the left, a handle reveals an integrated custom-made shoe rack. This is the starting point of a beautiful white lacquered layout, with no visible handles, leading from the floor with a row of drawers, up to large cupboards reaching the ceiling. A large alcove in the centre acts as a bench when needed. Two smaller decorative alcoves, illuminated by LED strips, also bring the piece to life. At the end of the corridor, a terracotta shelf reminiscent of the claustra, giving the room a unique character.
