This interior design project was commissioned by a client with a penchant for Art Deco. In the house, located on the left bank of the Rhône river, we redefined the interior space by removing partitions. The entrance thus opening up from the living room to the kitchen, alongside the staircase. Following the cascading stairs, the carefully-designed glass wall is a dynamic set of transparent glass tiles on a solid oak structure. At the top, a quarter circle has been thoughtfully integrated into the design. This rounding echoes the oak handrail, the rounded entrance cabinet and the door handle of the glass wall. The flowing hall serves a practical purpose, so we included a shoe rack at the bottom of the glass wall, as well as a vide poche near the front door.
